Ministry

I love God. I want to shout and share HIS word with everyone.

I think my newest project will be setting up a ministry in the depot for the homeless people. I am going to get started on it today.

Some days, it is so hard to be an attorney. I spend countless hours in the court room listening to everyone defend why they do wrong things. Truth is, the only reason we do "wrong" things is because we choose to stray away from God. We let the devil take our hearts, we give them up so easy to such an angry, hateful devil.

Today, we had a case that involved a young child. (I cannot go any further) The most important thing I learned today: it is always best for a mother&father to raise a child together in love. I appreciate my friends who raise their children together. I called one of my best friends, immediately, upon leaving court to praise her for working with her husband to raise their son. They make life and love look so easy. It makes me wish everyone could have their love. Mostly because, their love comes from Christ. When you love God with all your heart, and all your soul, He gives.

I hope tonight will be a night of relaxation and peace. My heart aches for the hurt, the poor, the needy, the greedy, the selfish. My heart aches for the children in this world who are raised with parents who do not love each other. My prayers will be for them tonight.

If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.
